Refund policy

Returns

Return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all included accessories and paperwork.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You (Buyer) pay return shipping fee if items do not have any damages. Also, you pay return shipping fee if you have reasons not related to damages or defects including but not limited to changing your mind, finding better price, not compatible with the existing system, etc...
If you receive the wrong item(s), we will provide you return shipping label. You must notify us immediately and send us photos clearly showing items received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

If you receive damaged item(s) in damaged outer carton, please take photos clearly showing damages of outer carton and items. You must contact us immediately at sales@yuurta.com and provide all clear photos, order number, and tracking number from your original confirmation email. We will need photos for submitting our claim to shipping company as fast as possible.

You must report damaged items within one-two business days from the delivery date. We will ship replacement(s) to you free of charge if the same items are still available or issue full refund for the order. We may require shipping the whole package(s) with damaged items back to us and provide you with return shipping label.

Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if you (Buyer) fail to notify us about damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.

Bulk orders with large quantities cannot be returned. Before placing such orders you may purchase a sample to make sure product meets your requirements and expectations.

Order can be cancelled only before it is shipped. To cancel your order, you need to email your request to sales@yuurta.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

Clearance, discontinued and free items

Items on final sale, free items, clearance, discontinued, installed (including cut or clipped wires, open holes in junction boxes, etc…), modified or used in any way, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) items cannot be refunded, exchanged and/or replaced.

Exchanges

We may replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Defective items are covered by warranty policy pertaining to each product. For Warranty, please refer to warranty paper included with each product.  We may request to send your defective items back to us at our own discretion.

Damaged items in damaged outer carton should be identified within one-two business days from the moment of delivery. You can return them or exchange them for the same items. Please refer to Return section above.
